  • We do not mount on plaster, tile, stone, or multi-layered facades, nor on exterior walls.
  • In-wall cord concealment is not available for surfaces above a fireplace or made of brick.
  • Customers are required to provide any HDMI cables before the technician's arrival.
  • We do not install specialized mounts such as motorized, pillar, ceiling, corner, mantel, or drop-down mounts.
  • Mounting on single studs, surfaces without studs, or external/exterior surfaces is not offered.
  • The TV must be positioned no higher than 8 feet from the ground.
  • This service does not include trash removal or disposal.
  • At least one wall stud must be available if toggle bolts are used in place of a wall stud.
